This is so icky omg

I’m pretty sure he doesn’t have that in mind while he’s raising him. He even told the blue dragon that it’s not even like that. And even if they do in the future, he”ll be a grown adult by then, you have to remember that they live for a long time. And another thing is that this is fiction, ya”ll are making it icky by automatically assuming that it”s going to be “grooming”. There is no indication of him even doing anything remotely sexual with the child. Ya”ll need to stop throwing that word around carelessly.

He raise and treat him like a child he is. This obviously a story where they met for the 1st time. Kureha isnt gonna do anything to him until he grown up of course. And they did not even have any relationship or develop any romantic feelings when he is still a child. He isnt grooming him as a child.
And they have been live together thru more than 5 centuries. This just a backstory

Me personally, I can handle any type of story except when it involves children. Like I don’t even like/read bl stories where mc gets pregnant, this manga is the only one I’ve read that has m-preg. I usually stay away from it. Also don’t like stories where the mc is a kid and gets raised by ml. Seems like that’s the direction this manga is going in. I especially stay away from stories involving child abuse (not saying this one has that). So yeah it was fun so far but I’m gonna head out now.

I feel really bad for the dad for how much people are hating on him. He was in an abusive relationship for 2 years. It’d make sense to get tired, weak, and wanna run away till he gets his shit together, and eventually, his son. Sure, he was clumsy and desperate in his ways to reunite with his child, but remember that he was satisfied for a while to stay in the shadows if not for his reasons and concerns to be completely valid. He runs into the two dudes who are supposedly taking care of his child (which one of is a gangster) injured in a shady neighborhood with his guardian being in a debt that would take a lifetime to get out of. You really can’t blame him and I’m sure he was just as hurt as the uke for letting his own infant go. Just don’t hate on him too much. Not to mention the uke isn’t that innocent. I mean for fucks sakes, he literally tried to do a double suicide in the first episode.
He’s like the most human-like parent that’s we’ve seen in bls so far. Parents are always not perfect and some of them are as weak as him. He just didn’t know what he was doing and so far, seems really regretful about it.

Rather than his circumstances the people are hating the fact that he run from said abusive relationship by trapping MC into it. He could have run away with his baby, but it was a risk for him so he put it on MC.
MC's situation is entirely the dad's fault. That's why people hate him. Yes his situation is understandable but no, it doesn't give him the right to come back and take everything he wants while leaving MC stuck in the situation he pushed him into.
He was an adult that ran away from his own child to get a better life.
MC was a child stuck in an abusive relationship because he wasn't old enough to take care of another child and got driven to a wall. He had the choice between committing double suicide, running away and letting the debt fall onto his brother or becoming a prostitute with no guarantee to keep his brother safe.
He chose option 1 but got caught and forced into option 3. He got "lucky" with the gangster falling in love with him because if not both brother would have ended up in the sex industry. All that because the dad chose to abandon his baby this specific way.

I get it. I really do but I don’t want people to hate on him as much as they do. I mean, what else could've he done except try and take his child away from a toxic environment? I think he made the right decision. Sure, he should’ve thought about it more through and not take him away so hastily but I’m sure he was just panicking and afraid of the possibility of something hurting his baby if he stayed in that place. And him leaving his child with the mc was 100% an irresponsible jerk move but from what we’ve heard, I don’t think he was stable enough to take the baby with him. He was also in a rough position and didn’t know the mc would end up in debt after leaving. Don’t blame it all on him.

My beef with him lies in the fact that he ran off by himself and dumping his baby with a violent, debt ridden monster. He could easily have taken the child with him. The monster wouldn’t have cared, he wouldn’t have fought for him. But no. It was easier for the omega to abandon his child to a monster, forcing another child to take care of his, dooming them both to a life of abuse and assault. And he could just pretend he never had a kid and only care about himself. For years. For years and years and years. THAT’S what makes him scum.
He should have stayed gone. In my humble opinion

Because no parent is better than a bad parent.
All he did by coming back was traumatize his child and possibly give him abandonment issues by forcibly tearing him apart from his only caretaker.
Mind you he never asked any of the brother for their opinions or feelings, he just took the child away using emotional blackmail.
And mind you he planned to keep the brothers apart until the kid stopped being depressed and emotionally distressed by what he did.
He never cared about the other victim of abuse and isn't even grateful for them sacrificing their life to take care of his baby.
The proof is offering help was never an option in his mind.
It's all flavors of shitty.

Ummmm why are you telling me all this I know all his bad actions my comment is not defending them if people criticize him for that idc because he indeed do bad shit all I'm saying to op was that people are wrong for saying he shouldn't be in euiyoungs life if he changes and stops trying to tear apart the brothers I don't see why he shouldn't be allowed almost every character in this did something wrong some did worse but they're trying to better themselves and many readers accepted it why not let him if he still doesn't learn from this and does something then by all means lay it on him

So youre just gonna try and convince him that his life in a bad neighborhood, a brother in debt who works all day, leaving him unattended (not his fault I know) and a gangster who hangs around their house is a better life for him? The dad was desperate sure he was an absolute asshole about it and I hate him too for not letting the kid meet his brother but I would never blame him for the decision of taking the kid away when he KNEW his life could be in danger. How tf would he know this is a bl manhwa where the kid is protected by the bl powers and wouldn’t die? Working all day and leaving a child in a shady apartment is not the lifestyle a child should be having. I do agree that it is a shit move to separate the brothers but the dad just did what he thought was best. He deserves the hate he gets for abandoning his child for the teen mc to take care of. But getting a child out of a toxic environment where the mc and ml weren’t even a couple and from his point of view god knows when the ml is gonna get tired with the mc and fucks the brothers over. Yes we read the 60 episodes so we know what they have is real but the father didn’t know that. I would never blame his decision because unlike us, he didn’t witness all the shit we saw

I see then my answer to this is like I already said in my previous comment "almost every character in this did something wrong some did worse but they're trying to better themselves and many readers accepted it why not let him if he still doesn't learn from this and does something then by all means lay it on him"

How about taking both into his home ? How about trying to see if he can help a victim out of the bad situation first before taking what he know is precious to him ?
Better yet, how about giving the child up to adoption instead of abandoning him with a violent abuser ?
He didn't care. He abandoned his child to cut ties with an abusive partner and now that said partner is out of the picture he tries to get rid of the one who took over his responsibilities as a parent at the price of his own life.
He had years to come back but only does when the brothers are alone.
None of what he did was out of concern for his kid safety, it's MC that is worried about those things making it the perfect tool for emotional blackmail. Saying "Give me the child because I can keep him safe and you can't" when he never did anything to keep him safe to begin with.

Yes and that's why I said in my comment "if he changes" "if" you are right he's not close to redemption but that talk he had with taeju and what happened is a good start to make him reflect if he actually is serious in being apart of the child's life it just depends on which way the author decides for him to go

From my pov he came back because it's safe for him to do so since the abusive partner abandoned the kids and MC took on the debt.
All I see is a coward trying to feel better about himself by playing the responsible parent.
He is not concerned with the child's feeling at all.
He never asked him how he felt about living with him, didn't take the time to get familiar before taking him, didn't explain the situation to him, didn't comfort him when he asked for his brother back, he never apologized for abandoning him. He just came, took the kid and felt entitled to the kid seeing him as his parent without doing anything to build a relationship. He treat him like you would treat a dog, take him, put him in a new home then wait for him to acclimate and forget his previous owner.
You don't get to be a part of someone's life just because you really want to. Even if you gave birth to them.
Both parties need to want the relationship. I hate that people feel comfortable forcing a kid to have a relationship with a stranger just because it's their biological parent and a kid can't enforce boundaries.

Getting glimpses of the personality the uke once had is reminding me that he really is just a human with emotions and loved ones. He’s been tortured for so long I became kind of desensitized but this reminded me of how fucked up all of this is. Also how tf is he still jacked taking all these drugs and not eating? Just proves that this really is just a fetish rape fantasy porn rather than an actual story with REASONS. Ig the author at least tried to warn us with the title. Really, what a waste of good art.
Where’s the pegging :(
