I mean most of the “beefy” man I know/are close to me/some of my friends (in Latin America) who are constantly in the gym and dieting to gain muscle and/or define them, are actually the most hygienic (once again, the ones I know in real life in Latin America). They worry a lot about their personal image so they eat better and sure they sweat like a normal person, but they also shower a lot and use perfume and deodorant after showering just in case.
I have heard about people in Europe having a strong smell but I don’t know if it’s true or not. As for the US, when I’ve traveled over there I didn’t smell anything other than deodorant or perfume on people.
