Read about a dozen chapters and just can’t get into it - I don’t like their dynamic and having skipped to the end to read the omega-verse chapters I still don’t like it even when they’re loveydovey >_<
I don’t even know why I kept reading this. Sunk-cost fallacy? Nostalgia? Misplaced sense of loyalty? Who knows?! Do I recommend anyone else read all 200 chapters? Nah, just skim it for the smut honestly :/
ML starts off with the emotional capacity of an 8 year old boy pulling the hair of the girl he likes. I didn’t really understand why MC loves him or went back to him but she does. I don’t feel like I wasted my time but I’d also never bother re-reading it. Worth your time if you like your MLs on the crazier side of obsessive.

Those last two chapters seemed a bit rushed and muddled. The quest for the Fountain of Eternal Youth was just forgotten in favour of all this baby talk. So we can just assume they found the fountain since it’s ended with a happily ever after? Just seems like a loose thread to me :/

Having just read all the available chapters, no, I wouldn’t call this grooming. ML is somewhat childlike in some of his behaviours but he is also obviously intelligent and has “adult” interests of his own. He’s more abused and starved of affection rather than it being “mind of a child” situation. That’s my take on it at least
The timeline is so all over the place - if I have to go back and reread things to try and cement the order of what’s happening in my mind then you’re doing a bad writing job :/
