It never fails to amuse me how a translator would go out of their way to find a manga/manhua/manhwa, (possibly pay to get their hands on the chapters) go through it, translate, clean, redraw, etc. just to splatter hate commentary all over it, about how they don’t like it and it’s morally wrong etc etc.

Like I’m genuinely curious what the thought process to this is? If you hated it that much why translate it and make it even more accessible to other people?? I’m really just curious.

Either ways people on mangago be tweaking.

In any case, I just re-read the entire thing and he was actually looking manly and acting like more of a king in like the last 10 chapters. Idk what happened to the art style and recent chapters.

Also (no hate to lady Lyn) but fuck her feelings bro, Sang lan has to be put away. The poor concubine Nan-Yung got murdered. San lang has probably been brainwashed by that man backing up Lady Lyn, because there’s no way she murdered a concubine and swears she’s innocent, to the point that if we hadn’t seen her entire scheme, we’d also think she was innocent. And swears she’s doing it all for the sake of lady Lynn.

Lady Lynn herself isn’t bad, but she’s so naive that sometimes I wonder if she just chooses to overlook things she can stop, therefore letting the cause problems. Like all her maids are so out of order.

They are so cute and their dynamic is good so far, but am I the only one thinking there are some dots missing? Like some things just aren’t connecting, like the random and sudden “I’ll kiss you if you get a question wrong” on literally their second day meeting. Maybe it’s just the pacing.

And the way they converse is also kinda odd, like no one really speaks like that other than that, this is a good story.

At this point it’s just a competition to write the most toxic seme
