Lemme try my best to explain everything from what I remember.

Ancia had reincarnated 2-3 time. Her first past life, the modern past, and the current life time.

The 'another soul' is Ancia friend from her first past life.

So for 7 year, Ancia was locked inside the gate and had flashback to her first past life about her friend [a goddess of light or something], the current ml first ancestors and other current male [the black hair boy] first ancestors .



Her best friend /friend was locked in the gate for hundreds or thousands of years, suffering in pain. Her friend tried to call out for her and tried to escape but failed to do so. Her friend was locked inside this invisible ball where she been going through this intense pain and fire.

In revenge, her friend took over the current Ancia body, in other words, possessed Ancia body and pretended to be Ancia. The friend was planning to kill the current ml and destroy everything or at least I think her friend plan to destroy everything. I know for the fact she is planning to kill the current ml.

As for Ancia, she was another female body but the thing is that she can't speak nor write. Ancia can't reveal who she is nor speak and write her name or anything that reveals that she is actually Ancia. And she was in a body where the entire body or half of the body was covered in burn marks.

Ancia has 100 days to live before she dieds.

Luckily, the current ml is very smart. He knew that the Ancia body was possessed and Ancia was in another body. He acted cold to Ancia possessed body by Ancia friend.

The bodyguard and the maids that were close to Ancia when they were small, didn't even know the Ancia body was possessed by her friend. They thought that 'Ancia' was the actual Ancia.

Even the emperor and the black hair, jerk and manipulative boy, thought that the 'Ancia' was the actual Ancia.


And what I'm trying to say is that the current Ancia, not before her body was possessed, is the first Ancia from the first past life. She didn't remembered her past until she was locked up and her memories back then was unlocked. . .

So I kinda understood that in a ways;
1. So the the current female lead ,like the real one not the fread goes missing in the cave.
2. in the very same cave she gains her memories. But after gaining her memories, she gets possessed by her friend from her first life.
