Lol that's fine. The first one that died is Jake's child. The 2 identical twins are Sean's children but we don't know who the father is yet.
Surrogacy is when a "woman" carries a child on someone else's behalf, she can either use her eggs or a fertilized egg is put in her womb for her to carry for 9 months and give birth. The child is not the surrogate mother's own but the couple/person who paid her to carry the child.
In this case Sean acted as a surrogate and was supposed to give the children up to whoever paid him. I'm guessing cos he lost his first child it was hard for him to let go of the twins so he kept one and gave the other one up.
