Seems like Iljo actually finds another person who if I'm not wrong is a therapist (?). His name is Kim Yujin. Iljo comes to love him a lot but he dies somehow (MTL was awful but I got the feeling it was the seme's fault bc he's in love with Iljo at this point) and then Iljo will go back to that trash bastard.
A lot of these things might be wrong but the endgame is still iljo and that baatard, so am dropping this.

But based on his personality (the typical I-couldn't-care-less type) I don't think he was the one who spread that picture. Also he seems like the person uke dated when he was fat, so I'm guessing they had something going on from way before? Still, he's an asshole, but not as much as he appears to be.
