do you know how trauma works? some traumatized people quickly become dependent on people they relate to, even to the point of being unhealthy. that's why trauma has to be treated, but this attitude and this comment is highly ignorant.

How ignorant? You are the ignorant one like those kids, they're a grown up inside that body. Even if they are traumatized shouldn't they realized already the difference of how the emperor and the siblings treats them than their mother? What's more they know that their older brother is having a hard time putting a protection on them while causing him to become weak, but you know what? He still choosed to strengthen the protection around them and its straining his body even more! Also, why shouldn't they just ask instead of asking other people they barely know for just a day or days. Like what the hell? So you don't tell me I'm ignorant but you are. I hate a kind of people like you jumping to people who comments here giving opinion and saying ignorant and trashy stuff. For those people saying my comment is ignorant just because they are kids in appearance that they can't think of as an adult. I mean they don't have to act like an adult but at least think like an adult be rational bruh! Is that even hard? Like I swear! Ok wait, I agree with your comment. They ARE being dumb. But they are also children. They weren’t even 18 when they died. They had never lived without their family and were not independent adults. They should have a better thinking ability and speaking ability than what is being shown. But they’re still smarter than normal 8 year olds or whatever at least. They’re definitely smarter and more well rounded than someone who no one even bothered to teach or talk to.
We are getting the omniscient view as readers. They’ve only seen bits and pieces and they’ve only been taught to distrust people.
They’ve only know the emperor and princes for a month or something. I do think it’s ridiculous to trust the green haired kid. I do think they are making incorrect decisions. But they’ve also gone through a lot and, I’m gonna say it again, they only know so much. What they know is that the Emperor is sending them back to that freaking castle where they have nothing but bad memories.
They know that these people have been completely ignoring their existence, and even though they justified it by saying it was to protect them or that they thought they were already dead, it’s not that easy to forgive.
They know that the prince is protecting them and that he has been kind to them, but they have no real reason to trust him beyond that.
They shouldn’t trust the green haired kid. That is completely dumb. But I would also be way more likely to trust someone who was in a similar situation to me than some people that has lived a life almost completely opposite to mine. The other royals were living a well fed and relatively positive life, albeit an imperfect one.
To just say this again, I agree that they are not making wise decisions. I hate seeing them make these decisions. But the only thing i said at first was that they weren’t in fact children. I wasn’t trying to upset you or call you dumb. I’m sorry it appeared that way.

I also think the same thing to what you just said and no worries I accidentally tag you with my comment it was supposed to be for the person at the first comment for calling me ignorant. The only thing that make me upset is because they trust people easily knowing them for only a day or days, and saying they're fine now because of him? What's more is that since they have live in the castle they been treated nicely and being protected, they also knew that the emperor is a king of person who doesn't know how to show emotion but he clearly all the time telling them to tell him anything if they needed something. But ugh! Its frustrating that the misunderstanding keeps filing up because of the lack of communication. If they doubt the emperor or the siblings why not just see it to thrmselves if its true or not, instead of just believing what the other said. (╯°Д °)╯╧╧

traumatized people don't think rationally because of the (shocking, i know) TRAUMA. even adults with trauma can't deal with situations the way a normal adult can. and legit the emperor sent them to the same castle they were abused to even if he didn't know. they don't know what's going on his mind either, so how could they act rationally in that situation? i have trauma and i can't trust people. i just can't, that's why i'm going to therapy to fix that. the twins don't have the luxury of a professional therapist to help them. i already told you us traumatized people have unhealthy and irrational ways of acting. if you think that me saying that your stance on a traumatized child is ignorant as a traumatized child myself and your first thought is saying "no u!!!" then please rethink it and don't have children. ever.
