I agree! I think people who's bashing tess don't really think about that. crushes are super important and all consuming at that age. And honestly i think she's being very mature about it, she's not running away or throwing a tantrum, she brought up a very logical and mature point, he is knowingly making light of her feelings and it would be better of him to be serious and reject her seriously than to brush aside her feelings with teasing, which would hurt at any age let alone at her age.
Are you going to ignore the blatant sexual assault though? She literally took advantage of a art who can’t push her back. Kissing someone without their consent is literally sexual assault. Mature? I don’t think so. Crushes are important, I agree BUT that doesn’t mean if you have a crush on someone you have every right to kiss them. I agree, taking light of someones’ feelings are bad but seriously, how can she not read the room though? It’s so obvious Art isn’t into her, and she’s just forcing herself on him.

Holy shit- they are both young teenagers and ur talking about tess sexual assualting arthur cuz he "couldnt fight back" bitch if he really did not want it, he was more than capable of stopping it... Especially the way he reacted, he wouldve done a lot more drastic reaction if he felt like he was being sexually assaulted. Of course consent for even small things like kissing is key and their age is no excuse but for the love of god, they are literally 12-13... They both are confused as fuck and dont have a proper hold on their emotions, let the both of them live a little (also arthur being raised and treated as a child, probably would have subconsiously trained his mind to act like it.
