people complaining about the slowburn need to understand that most bls are the exact opposite. so. go read those. there's a lot to choose from. me personally, I absolutely adore slow burns,, especially when they're done correctly, such as this one.

fun but simple story,, I really enjoyed the beginning of it the best. the main is super fun to follow but the other guy did have some attitudes towards the end where I was just like-??? is this the same guy?. especially about the positions in sex, like- I think it's funny how he reacted at first (since many shippers do have an unreasonable need to protest about who enters who? which I, as a gay dude, find ridiculous,, everyone can switch. it's no big deal.) still- afterwards I felt like the story would have had a breakthrough if both actually talked and he apologized. this scene happens at the end of love stage (which has multiple other issues but still-), where the top feels threatened because the bottom wants to try to top him. but eventually, after other people talk to him, he understands that he felt like if he did that he would be less of man. but he doesn't want to think that way about him or his boyfriend. and he loves him. so he does end up bottoming and that scene is really cute.
went on a tangent cause that whole plot point in this manga did start to piss me off as it went on. plus, I think they did lose when they stopped even mentioning otaku things after a while, and only focusing,,, on whatever they focused on?? pff. we could have seen some cool and sweet moments. imagine one of them wants to do a duo cosplay etc waah- cute.
plus, I think the story could have been better with a lot more flashbacks of them as they grew together. we could see how important their bond was from the start, instead of being told so, etc.

I really wasn't expecting such a dumb, funny story ahdjdkf (the cover really does give you false expectations pfff),, but this is really good. super unserious,, pure pure comedy.
(plus, nezaki is the cutest bean.)

this is such a classic and you can understand why (plus, it gets bonus points for being among the firsts to do this type of plot (at least well)),, such a good story, with great characters (except shino girl,, she just pisses me off and disgusts me. if there were more to the story that could change a bit but unfortunately it is what it is).

at the moment this has 21.5 chapters, so there's a lot yet to come !! I did check the raws and I liked what I saw (better than I thought it would be !) eheh now I just have to wait to know what they actually said ahdjdk.

AHAHDJ yes. it is very creepy that he just went to his house, glad he's aware pff. but the fact the school just tells that private information to whoever asks, is worriesome to say the least.

(on chapter 22) this is absolutely delightful. I can tell the author really cares about the story, and the way everything's developing? I completely trust them.

(on chapter 37) I'm gonna be so real. the fact neuta doesn't know he's queer caught me so off guard.

(on chapter 50) physically, couldn't stop reading for the whole day (had to physically force myself to stop and exist for a minute outside of this ahahdj). in a way I'm extremely impatient to know what's gonna happen next (even more knowing there's a novel too),, but I also feel good, this time, about having started this while it's still ongoing cause it means I'll have more time to fully develop an attachment to this wonderful story and characters.
