blue hair is not being controlled by anita (the witch) ,,, He’S just in love with her, so he is willing to follow her plans and aid her with those plans. He loves her sm that he is willing to fall to hell with her too, he’d do anything for her.
He’s like when Anita was in love with the first emperor, now she has someone who is obsessed with her, the way she had been obsessed with the emperor
