I think people are forgetting ages in this world isnt the same as usual world hence they thought he was 10 but since he's physically unlike the normal humans in this world, his age is already considered legal but he's just really small.

Tho for me, i dont get blinded on just one portion of the story and try to look at the plot more. Tbh i find this more wholesome than most mangas. Id like to read more.
