Dude...its the attention and their communication!! Even you’ll be pissed if you’re trying to speak to someone and he’s busy with his phone, whatever reason may be (unless its really urgent or an emergency-like somebody dying).

Of course the author is trying to make it as if its a light matter, but reality is, people do break up/ divorce because of these things. MC said that but really he just wanted to vent but he doesn’t want anyone to see that he’s a bit desperate of the situation (my opinion).

Yeah! Its all justified if we say its for their future but think again. A lot of people in this world leave their beloved ones to better themselves for everyone’s sake but then most of the time they forgot their real purpose in the first place. Although ML is not really doing that but people have insecurities because well we are human!!

I mostly don't care about the dumb sex matter and I don't see how it is the problem in their relationship. the MC is just dumb and can't see that he is hurting his loved one by what he is doing and it have NOTHING to do with sex.

it's about pressure and Social pressure, this is the meat of their problems. if your partner will keep tell you "YOU NOT GOOD ENOUGH!", "WHY YOU DON'T WORK ENOUGH?!", "WHY CAN'T YOU BRING MORE MONEY?!!!", "YOU WORTHLESS AND LAZY AROUND ALL THE TIME! WHY CAN'T YOU WORK HARDER?!" then yeas, you be a little more stressed out and feel not nice to be with them. that mostly what the MC, uke is doing. and then he whines why his partner too tired to spend time with him.

Could you find a chapter where the uke actually says something like that? What social pressure? If anything, he's shielding the seme from the bulk of his mother's pressure. And in this story, at least, she seems to be the sole source of tangible pressure and disapproval. The closest thing I can think of is the beginning of ch 96, but that was just a nightmare; it never happened.

now you can't say the uke doesn't know what the problem is or what he did wrong, he does know but he is fine with it. so again he have no right to complain about the price later. pressure can KILL relationship.

by the way, if you read way before, you will see the Seme was always under a lot of pressure the uke will leave him cause of some reason or another.

Yes there is social pressure in this, but the Uke loves him and is only pushing him because he wants them both to be happy and to keep his parents happy. That happens in most serious relationships, you gotta work.

I'm not saying he is totally wrong but he isn't right either for doing that.
here it clearly shows how much destruction it can be if you not be careful with it for both sides.
again this can KILL any relationship no matter how much he meant well and love him.
love can't solve everything, even if the uke love him what he did was still wrong! he should bring up his mother in this! both sides need to work hard for the relationship to work and not just the Seme!
and I'm not saying constructive criticism is bad, I think it's great in the right way and the right dose.
but again NOT what happens in this story! his "criticism" not only wasn't helpful at all but also very destructive and you can see how much it is harming the Seme mentally! yet the uke keep ignoring the signs.
it kinda similar to the Japanese parents you see in a lot of mangas that push their children sooo hard to be good in their studies until those children end up killing themself cause they can't handle the pressure or the unrealistic expectations.
the uke have unrealistic expectations and when he see the price for his unrealistic expectations, instead of trying to stop the Seme, he just goes and whines about the sex part that isn't the problem.

Unfortunately, I'm not exactly sure what your main point is. You have said a lot of things I agree with, but you also transition into other ideas. Since we have been talking about [social] pressure, I want to focus on that. If possible, would you state your point in a sentence?

You linked ch96 p1 as one of your examples. I want to reiterate that this was a dream manifesting seme's insecurity.

Though I will address the following points:

Uke should not have mentioned his mom.
He only does so after seme asks him about it. It's not as if he dropped it in unprompted, which would be a real sign of unhealthy pressure.

Uke unnecessarily preys on seme's insecurity with criticism.
Based on the examples you've provided, I do agree that uke's behavior would be inappropriate in real life. Uke's behavior in these cases is moreso comedic relief on the author's part, imo. If you disagree, I won't argue. I also think seme's insecurity is just a part of his personality, not caused by uke. At the same time, uke's reassured him of his support in more serious chapters.

Rereading the original comment and what I just wrote here, yea this totally spiraled into something, didn't it? In the end, this is just a web comic with situations artificially created by an author. Whenever something bad happens in a chapter, the comments always turn for the worse, just like the trope that all comments on r/relationships tell the OP to break up because things aren't going perfectly. Real relationships are challenging and experience inevitable strain. Especially successful ones. So I'll cheer these two on.

my main point is very simple, I don't see the "Lack of sex" has a problem for them at all and it's not funny to me how he whines about it instead of thinking of their real problems and how to deal with it in a mature way.
to me, he is just been a baby bitch at this point even worse than the Seme he claims to act like a baby.

has I said before, he should not tell him what his mother said even if the Seme asks him or her unhealthy opinion knowing how his Seme is. the uke knows him and he still chooses to tell him thinking it will "help" him be the way he wants him to be what got me angry at the time reading it.

you called it " criticism" I called it pressure and unrealistic expectations. criticism is something that builds you up and you can change with it, not something that you can't do anything about that only stresses you out more to work yourself to death.

has for the dream part, again it shows the effects of pressure and it wasn't funny or comedic relief. it is important cause it shows the root of the problem even if it just a dream. it shows to us readers that it is a problem we should not ignore and how it impacts the Seme and that we should be careful with what we say and even if we don't see it has something important.

by the way, even if it just a comic, as you said before, it deals with real-life problems so there is nothing wrong with thinking or talking about those said problems.

Got to tired to see the other...but what I can say or add is that the Uke is older than the ML... and they pretty much have different ways of thinking.. I agree that MC did put pressure on him but he also asked the ML if it was too much for him. Seeing that ML continues to do what he’s doing shows that he’s really working on himself. MC as a mature adult thought that this could be good for ML’s growth and so do I... and I think overcoming pressure a way of growing up so... saying that MC is a dumb bitch is hmmm...its just that sometimes he become a bit childish but nobody’s perfect..

O yeah and I agree that they did not talk about the issue but it is prolly the manifestation of their age gap “thinking”. One side don’t think its something to mention and one side really insecure to talk about it. Then again, after they talked the outcome would still be the same, something need to be done...As people said action is louder than voice (is that correct, I’m not sure) soooo... ML still need the mom’s approval if he really wants to be together with the MC..

4:Let's look at the "pressure and unrealistic expectations" uke/society has apparently placed on seme. None of the examples you linked earlier were examples of direct pressure from the uke on seme, mostly reactions of the seme.

You can find one instance of such in ch 49. When pressed about his woodworking business, seme admits he has "hardly saved money," sometimes "can't pay [his] rental," and has even lent money from his sister which he has not yet paid back. Plans about improving said business, the the implementation of which is the current source of pressure, continue in ch 52, 56. So at the core, the expectation is to not be a financial liability. I don't think that's "unrealistic." If you have evidence that expectations are different I'd like to see it. Most of the pressure the seme experiences is his own self-expectation to be "a man [uke] deserves."
