I will try to explain it, so basically that big walkie-talkie like thing that Peter was holding is a jamar. It releases artificial frequency which blocks the other frequency that commands the bombs to explode. Think of it like person A and B sending each other letters but person C steals the letter, breaking their connection.

Seme moved in with uke bc his abusive dad died when their apartment got flooded, uke also saved him from the flooding. Seme has always had a fat crush on uke but uke was always dating other ppl so seme kept his feelings secret.
