I don't think what Yuri has for Noona is love, it's obsession. He's projecting his idealized self to Noona (which is new for me cause usually this scenario often happens to people of the same gender in fiction) and because Noona had disappeared on him for a couple of years (and even got a hubbie) Yuri spites Noona for it cause one, Noona acted out not the way he wanted (see the convo about Noona not being able to say no), two, because he believed he lost a part of Noona, his idealized self, because he missed a part of her life.
