It's been a gosh darn long while since I've been intrigued by a BL on premise alone, holy- IT'S SO GOOD! I can't wait to see how the MC will handle revealing that he's actually Makoto whether on his own terms or not and how the other dude will react to it. Personally would enjoy if they go for the angst route but I'll take what I can get, this manga is firing so many neurons in my brain right now.
I do find it odd that the VR company set itself in a highschool setting but I guess it probably follows the idea that highschool's supposed to be the best years of your life, carefree and all. Or maybe I'm thinking too much and it's just one of those, kink.. roleplay things.
Odd. Should've been in college at least, but maybe that would've been too close to reality more than the highschool setting. I don't know but it is what it is. Thinking too much. Can't complain much either, like it would change anything and I'm reading this for free so-
Anyways, looking forward to the updates!

I need the grovelling from the horse to be at least 10 episodes MINIMUM. I need Dan to reject him even at his lowest. He needs to know how it feels to be helpless and things not going his way even when he tries his darndest. Not even when he cries, not even when he stops eating and heck, be a helpless alcoholic. I am not accepting any less than that.
As for Dan, keep it up king. I sincerely hope he doesn't waiver at the smallest sign of pain from McNeighneigh over here. He's too kind, too good for him and I hope he learns that. God, I'm getting worked up over the horse again. I looaaaathe that poor excuse of a man.

Okay, I know those two gay people are evil (the pink haired dude and the glasses guy) but I high-key want them to live and just give up.
I know the main characters are suffering because of them and I feel extremely bad, I want them to be happy. They deserve happiness, but I don't want those two to pass away either. Is that too much to ask? They're too funny to die-

I'm so normal about them.

So, he jeopardised his life and was being a bitch to the black-haired man just because the dude was not paying attention to him? Since he was too busy making money to house his ass? That's so stupid, he's so stupid.
And what's even dumber is he's not getting any flack for his childishness. No one's there to correct him because his behaviour is being tolerated. Man's won't change for shit. I wish the other guy kicks him out or snap him back to reality, but I know he won't because he's too kind.
I was sympathising with him for a bit before that reveal because hey, nobody likes the "adult life" set up by society. I imagine it's especially bad in Japan, culture and all. Yearning for the past and defiance to change is understandable as well. That's relatable to a degree. But then it was revealed to just be a set up to a stupid realisation. Like are you serious?
Him realising he likes the guy should've been a freebie to the entire package. The garnish to a meal, the cherry on top of a banana split. It should've happened after he started improving himself. That would've been so satisfying.
The art's amazing though. Very beautiful, but I want to smack that man's face to oblivion. So many complaints.

They do look a bit fish-eyed in some panels (ba dum tss) but what a lovely couple.
I like how their personalities compliment each other. One who's a bit slow but adamant on knowing the truth and another who likes to keep things to himself but doesn't let pride get the best of him.
The communication is so wonderful and their love for each other is even more wonderful! What a wonderful little story. Wouldn't mind seeing a sequel about these two buggers.

I don't say this often because I'm a dumb dense fuck most of the time but called it. I knew there was something fishy about the boss.
Now the question is, did Ririko know the father was the boss and in order to protect the child, she lied about the who the potential fathers were?
Either way, still extremely irresponsible and selfish move on Ririko's part despite the motivation.

Ooh, I completely forgot about that detail.
But nonetheless, if she knew Sen liked Touma, I don't get why she would sleep with Touma specifically even if she thought they were in a open relationship? That feels off and cruel to Sen still.
But I do see now how one would think she's trying to matchmake them (in such an odd way) to try to make up to Sen especially.
However, I do standby the idea that she is still very irresponsible and selfish. Matchmaking aside, she still roped two unsuspecting people whom she had no contact with for quite some time with her baby affairs.
I hope I'm making sense? I apologise for the tangent.

Nah, you're making sense. I just feel that during that chapter she kinda sensed that Touma maybe liked Sen just before Sen arrived, and maybe she put two and two together after they were finished. Definitely not saying that's the case, and yeah, considering her attitude to her child, she was a very me me me person.

Honestly, Yasu carried this entire manga despite him being barely being there. That snarky despicable man.
I genuinely felt like this manga should've been a found family type rather than, whatever the hell happened here. Didn't felt romance anywhere, probably sexual? Sure, it's shown. It's implied but romance? Eh.
Though, echoing previous comments, the sexual tension is unwarranted. Just because it's there, doesn't mean it should be.
Crossed fingers that Mr. Kwon inherited his goofiness from his father. Please I just want to see a goofy old man, not drama (okay, maybe a lil' bit but just not too much!)
