Yeah, I do remember, but I think Oda mentioned that the next arc is going to surpass the Marineford Arc. I also recall Oda saying that we're nearing the final saga. That makes me think that there might not be enough room for an arc focused on Usopp. Instead, this feels more like a pit stop with the end goal in mind
