Now that the father’s back it may be harder since he could probably contest it. If he had done it earlier it might have still been difficult because of his financial situation.
i don’t know the law too but if i were the authority, looking at his condition, i wouldn’t rule him as a fitting parent since he’s with debt and all and because of that the system might end up putting his brother in the orphanage for adoption and they’ll be separated so i guess he just didn’t wanna risk that happening
His living conditions would rule him out as a responsible caretaker & or adoptive parent. They probably taken him away if they find out.
Idk here in a “America” you hear it all the time when parents are unfit to raise a child(children) and cps or the judge ,let’s the parents keep the child in the “home” where they end up deceased or abused.while truly fit parents have their child(children) take away.its f up how it happens more often than it should.
I feel like if the brothers are happy and living well enough they should award him custody/ allow adoption.
