Not sure what direction the story is heading in.hope it doesn’t turn into a rankings simulator where there at the hand of these other worldly beings and they must compete against one another for resources and what not. Might drop if it turns in one of those(￣∇￣"). I love the story so far but stories like that put me off.
From the looks of that page(him having the nightmare)it looks like mori is locked up / caught in a rope cage/ net with something reaching for him while he’s trapped, wonder what it could mean Σ( ￣□￣||)
iirc, those were flashbacks of when he was first 'caught' (the sudden bright light from their flashlights, the men with helmets that had a glowing circle on it reaching out for him) & taken to the orphanage.
while it was ultimately for his benefit, Mori didn't know that & it definitely caused him significant trauma to find the world he knew changed overnight.
