imma be honest i think there’s gonna be a huge plot twist with this one because kairi is kinda sus. and the alluding in the last chapters with her calling him brother and the brother lover narrative they are talking about gives me reallyyyyyyy weird vibes. i wouldn’t be surprised if that’s actually her brother assuming another identity and he’s experiencing some kind of mental issue where he believes he’s really that person cause he killed the ACTUAL person he’s pretending to be. i really feel like there’s more than what meets the eye here because it’s so weird how they keep putting emphasis on how he’s like her brother.

I honestly could care less if there is a harem, be it male with female harem, female with male harem, female with female harem, or male with male harem. As long as the people in the relationship aren't a bunch of annoying twats and selfish bastards I'll keep reading and probably enjoy the story too.

I’m actually ok with harem as long as it doesn’t affect the actual plot. I mean sometimes seeing the mc fool around instead of being OP all the time is refreshing to the story so there’s nothing wrong
I agree. I actually hate harem alot, but there are stories where you're really missing out if you avoid it because harem, and this is one such story. The action and feels are too good to miss.

Personally I don’t really care unless the women are terribly obnoxious or the harem doesn’t paint them in a good light if you get what I mean. Other than that, I just enjoy the stories and mind my business.
On other sites i've seen some users commenting that they like harem because there's no drama between any females/males competing for the mcs. Honestly I think that's kinda stupid because that's so unrealistic irl, you don't just fall in love with someone right away and they fall in love with you right away. But anyways since this stuff isn't even real i could care less

hmmm i don’t really understand why he would ask for that. yes i do understand he’s trying to prevent the future rebellion caused by the king persecuting the courtiers in the first place but honestly those guys are more corrupt than anything so they’d honestly would find one way or another to rebel no? so it would be best to remove those courtiers and replace them with new, young, and more loyal people. especially since those courtiers have been around since the previous emperors reign…. it’s time for some new talent to come around.
