i am now drowning in an indescribable emptiness.

i blame sigmund freud for the amount of new stories where the male lead is literally raised by the fl... or just stories where there are huge age gaps with the fl being older... goddamn oedipus complexes everywhere.

this manga is definitely interesting but it’s getting hard to keep up now with my smooth brain.

this is my comfort manga fr. i’m always coming back when i need a lil laugh or smile or just when i’m out of other good things to read

i saw the show on netflix and was like damn this kinda familiar and i remembered i read this story a while ago in 2019. but damn the show changed A LOt like even the mc and that girl their dynamic wasn’t nearly as close and they added other people. but imma be honest i still thought it was good! maybe it’s cause i haven’t fully finished the webtoon i kinda just skimmed and read the last few chapters. but i can’t really compare them. the webtoon is good itself and the show is good itself. nothing better than the other. lowkey kinda just separate it into it being a parallel universe lol. just my opinion though! and the show seemed to leave it open ended as well so there could be more from that show as well.

you know what i’ve always thought would be an interesting plot twist is that what if the villainous was intended to be a heroine and the actual heroine is the villianess? i know it’s not the case for this story but like the way alllll these people die because of ariel it’s got me like damn bitch usually your side parts have plot armor too ya know
