why does it feel like i got pulled into one of those weird epilogue stories where they live completely different lives in another timeline
didn’t realize this would be a hot take but i kinda like seeing the moms backstory. all this information being given makes her a much more complex character than just knowing her as a mom who kills people.
i reread this story just to catch up with what’s been going on but the spoilers make me regret wasting my time… what a shit show
i get that they are just kids but to accept them into the magic kids filled with people that they were about to kill is a bit too much imho. like i feel like there would be nothing but resentment towards them
glad there’s gonna be at least another solid fighter with them who can actually see cores. that’s gonna be most useful

i know it’s very unlikely to happen but it would honestly be interesting if the tower master became a love interest. i think it’s just sooooo predictable to have the original protagonist fall for the MC. okay now for the public stoning
i just binged this but i really like this storyline. i especially enjoy that this is not one of those bullying plot lines where the bully is the son of some huge chairman for a big company lol. those get boring real fast. all the characters feel like they have some actual depth to them
