I know that the maids were mean to her because there were jealous,I understand the maid cause all of a sudden a girl shows up and the duke neglects our hard work for a dump pumpkin that always getting pampered by the duke. So the jealousy brought them to cast her away from the other maids and the other maids would play tricked on her....but not all the maids. I kind of feel bad for the red head maid even tho she was ignoring and being a bitch to the Mc from the begging she actually helped her(even if it was an order) and OMG i don’t like how the Mc character is going she’s being a bitch bitch and getting used to all the gifs and being the mean one. But again I understand that the maids were annoying so nothing much against that situation.
I honestly really like how the plot is going. It's a bit refreshing, especially when you think about the fact that it's the ml that is falling for mc where she keeps her distance and as we can see in chapter 15 doesn't actually hold much genuine feeling for him. She is trying to stay alive and kiss up to him but not because she is a bad person like many may think. I really like her personality because mcs that are genuinely kind to everyone are just so cliche and tiring because such trait just automatically means they are either naive, stupid, have some kind of dark past or some other bullcrap. When it comes to this character even as a reader I kind of forgot that there was a lot of acting in the way she behaves and chapter 15 made me come down to earth a bit. She feels more realistic If we can say so about a charater from a manga, her actions and reasoning has more sense but at the same time she stays a bit naive. She is not exactly cunning in her actions, she simply accepts the world around her but doesn't get attached to it or expects much from it. I'm extremely interested in how the continuation will look like because it actually looks quite promising to me

Yeah. It is realistic because put yourself in her shoes. Randomly ported to another world, sold into slavery, treated like trash because of what you look like. Yeah she would have no love for the other maids. They could have just ignored her but they took it one step farther. And since the Master of the house threatened to kill her or resell her into slavery when they first met...fuck yeah she hasn't fallen for him yet.
