Unpopular opinion: but does nobody feel bad for Sophia? I mean Hugo is sexy and was a man-hoe. She slipped up man! can you really blame her? And Hugo is an ass and is only kind to Lucia. He's behavior towards his ex- booty calls is disgusting. As a female I refuse to accept this behavior as attractive.

I feel bad for her but at the same time she has to move on. She's already married and Hue has never treated her warmly even when they were fucking. So yes, get up Sophia!

I mean he always cleanly breaks things off with them (even if only via a yellow rose bouquet), if they try to hang on for more that's kind of rude and on them too. He never treated them with love or anything, the novel leaves that very clear.
