Wow, I actually enjoy this story. It can portray the flaws in people. Drunkard substance and sex addict and a selfish women who would go through many hoops and challenges to get what she wants. Of course these people aren’t going to have good hearts, in a time period like that, having a heart of pure golden kindness is probably the easiest way to die and loose everything. Ingrid uses her reputation to support herself and get what she wants and Regan is essentially doing that exact same thing but for very different purposes and I like to see that. everyone’s morals are a little twisted, but that’s to be expected, if everyone’s morals were the same then we wouldn’t have any problems.

Dammit. I loved it, minus the multiple plot twists and constant switching sides I really did enjoy it. I wish the ending was a little more thorough and explained a little more. I wanted to know about Gabi from the divine bells, I also kinda wished that not ALL of them died????? It was another flashback of (KNY SPOILERS) Demon Slayer for me, get attached and then lose them all within ten episodes. All the plot twists made the story a little lackluster but hey whatever works I suppose in the end it worked bc the story came out pretty clean. The only thing that I despise is that you made me love all the little babies and then you killed them off or made them the evil bast*rd.

It takes a lot of energy and perseverance to read this bc they don’t reveal everything through words, it’s those mystery books where you have to piece it together or else you’ll get lost.
Right now we get to see, primarily, Lamia’s viewpoint and her knowledge along with Uri’s backstory and a little of Aquila’s past attempts to save Lamia.
I actually enjoy this story, it’s extremely puzzling and frustrating but at the same time it addicted to the storyline. And the art, I love their faces.
INLOVE THIS GROWTH AND THE FACT THAT THEY TALKED PUT THEIR MISUNDERSTANDINGS. HEALTHY, OPEN RELATIONSHIPS ARE WHAT I LIVE FOR.
