It wasn't Sangwoos right to "save Bum" Bum never asked for any of this and Sangwoo went ahead and did it his way. No bum never wanted his uncle dead he just wanted to never see him again he states that in the comic. He had good times with him before his uncle started using him that way and those memories are what keep bum from wanting him dead. That's why at the end he says I forgive you even after all the stuff u did(or something like that) plus he was his family member and despite his uncle being a fucking abusive rapist asshole he's still his family.
