the romance looks so out of place and out of character for the mc. It’s probably another way in showing how he has at least a little bit of empathy left in him but... the personality switch when the girl kissed him and mc started being all flustered even tho two seconds earlier he looked like he won’t hesitate to dump a hoe’s body in a river is just a big ‘wtf’ for me. the romance ruins the mood.

I could feel every pain and frustration even though I’m not an art student (tho I can relate with Yaguchi). Honestly I wasn’t hoping much for this manga at first since I thought it’ll just be all about art slice of life stuff and I barely know nor am I interested in that. But omg the way the author portrayed everything from self-identity, expression and just entering something new out of ur usual comfort zone just got me hooked since it felt so relatable, personal, and realistic. This story is going to be one of my favorites
