I lowkey didn’t understand the story but suddenly it felt relatable outta nowhere. I cried like a bitch lol wtf
It is about the way society is trying to put you into these stereotypes like machines to become adults who lives as expectations. And this man who is a magician is the opposite. He doesn’t live by the rules humans put us to. He may seem crazy to people in the harsh society but all he has become was a person not everyone would dare to become. He became a magician ( tho magician is mostly a symbol of expression in this webtoon ). Not like a lawyer or a doctor because he didn’t wanted be that as he also had no idea of what to really become for his future. He didn’t know what was to become a right adult. What is becoming a right adult anyways? He lost his way on the path he was going for becoming an adult. He wanted to stay a child because he had nowhere else to go. He created his own happiness and world. So basically this whole webtoon is trying to show the readers to be who we want to be even if life isn’t fare and hard. You may be like Ai who is this very poor girl that is suffering in debts and life without her family and no ways for dreams etc or you may be like il Deung who is lucky with a family and rich and has a ready backed up a path for his future, but they both were unhappy and lost. But they managed to find a new path for their dreams thanks to the magician who is the opposite of the society, who showed them that they didn’t have to be proper adults or to be “ right “ stereotype society asks of them. That is what they have realized after seeing the magician’s world he kept on trying to show the two fo them. He is a real magician. Cause he showed them a beautiful new reality. So
That means “ you have to stop looking at the expectations of others or society for you and no matter what never give up on anything you believe in and want to do and become “. This is the message of this webtoon. I hope I managed to explain it well…

Truly a masterpiece. Gorilla was a complex and thoroughly thought out character. The way the author captured his expressions and emotions... just simply perfect. The story was well-developed, from the pacing and the plot. 11/10
