2-3.) It's still unclear. These should be answered as we go on the story, but imo, the stepfather's soul has been fully banished from his og body but the horrid memories are still there ig.
4.) MC is the mythical being that was mentioned in the earlier chapters. His soul was scattered and the only way to ascend up to the heavens (his main goal) was to take on a vessel to complete his soul and get his full power back. The stepfather was the one who INITIATED the deal for the mythical being to take over his body.
5.) I'm assuming you're talking about mc and ml? MC has recurring "heats" bc of the medicine the stepfather was forced to take in his days in the brothel. The only way to solve these heats is to do ykyk, much like in omegaverse tropes. So ML will help him with his heats (ML can't resist cuz it's the body of his stepfather that he is inlove with) in exchange, the mythical being will not hurt the body of the stepfather and use the og body to ascend up to the heavens. ML offered the mb to take over his body instead but MC refused.

the stepfather really did hate/blamed the ML since through all his suffering in the brothel, ML was just a bystander. It's one of the reasons why the stepfather initiated the deal with the mythical being. He wanted to escape the brothel even if it means giving up his body.

I thought the stepfather hated Muyeon for killing the guys and saving him thus condemning them to even more misery instead of just letting him die. It doesn't make sense to me that he curses him even after he killed his tormentors if he thought he stood passively while he was abused.

Yeah except he did do something that time. And I don't think he showed disdain toward him before then or at least it wasn't shown that he did. I guess we'll have to wait for S2 for things to get clearer

There’s no particular couple or heavy romance just some light one sided minor crushes at this point at chapter 110 and it’s in no way part of the main story. I’m not a big romance lover and it’s fine for me.

Maybe I’m slow but I never would’ve guessed haha well the manga is only at just over a hundred chapters I’ve heard spoilers that the plot gets a bit crazier going forward. I’m kinda pleased that the mentally mid twenties guy ended up with the older women. Him being 26 mentally and her being in her twenties feels less iffy that him ending up with one of the teenagers.

The Troup leader is fine

Yk thinking back,the cadets have a happy go lucky past,even the blondie, but "Kim Hajin",the character's past and the troupe leader's past are pretty fuxxed up so they have a lot of depth in them. And as such they resonate better
