Yeah it kind of is, at least in California it is. I’ve gone to parties and clubs and strangers just start kissing each other lol in New Years everyone finds someone to kiss at midnight or they kiss or hug their friends. Maybe it’s not super common but it’s not uncommon to see people kiss either.
