Kinda low-key, if I was Penelope, I would just let the world burn bc that's some straight-up bullsh*t. What do you mean you want me to save you while you put me through hell and at the price of my very soul
The last chapter really just emphasized the biggest flaw of this IP. Slave made to be one the main "villains" and gets far more severe reprimands/punishment than the other counterparts that have down far more damage to the MC than him. Eclis entire character arc is just one big giant ick
I highkey was expecting this to take a dark turn psychology-wise. While it was tragic at times, it did a great job at displaying a truly loving couple. I felt it deep in my bones ngl . I love this couple soooooo much
The way the 'nomads' are portrayed is giving me such an ick, bruh. Feels SOOOOO racially-charged, I CAN'T be the only one that senses that, right? The assimilation and the way she says that them holding on to their traditions/identity is a bad thing, hella triggered me ngl.
Personally I'm not religious but it definitely felt the way she's using their religion to gain control over them and also totally agree the way that they are portraying the nomads feels wrong. But oh well that's Korean authors right there.
I'm dropping this too everything feels very off. Sweetchestnut21
She gave up on the idea, and resolved it by letting them return to the mountains as paid marshals instead. Just fyi. The process wasn't right but the results were.
Don't drop it she gets around to understanding them sort of in kinda a dumb bitch kinda way. <3 of course wait to read this new chapter is something wonky man they got multiple pages
I love this fucking manhwa
