Also, I don't it matters that much she doesn't 'officially' have a ML- even though it's kinda obvious that you-know-who is gonna totes be with her. Anyways, I really like the emphasizes the sole focus of this series being her and her path towards loving herself and finding her happiness while also being clear minded on what really matters. Also, I kinda love this a series that kinda calls bullsh*t on "I Suddenly Became A Princess" and that fact that Anathasia loves and forgives her father for neglecting and killing her in the previous life without any hesitation. But that's just me, I guess.
I dont disagree with you exactly but the difference is that Anathasia didnt live that past life where she was killed but rather read about it and seeked to change her fate. She didnt have the same level of trauma or betrayal from her father. But on the other hand athys father is much worse if you look at the way he treats his subjects and murders with ease so how she could come to love him and forgive his behaviours and not just towards her either. The duke in this story seems to be a good duke maybe even an alright person but a terribly incompatant father who seemingly from his own past traumas from the situation with his past wives doesnt know how to love his children but thats just my speculation. I also think he may have been magicaly manipulated to trust and love the imposter daughter again just my guess

Athy is the actual daughter but she merely had a modern reincarnated before the current one. Also, the duke wasn't manipulated by magic or anything. He was just completely indifferent to his family whether he loved them or not. He genuinely does not give a f*ck about his daughter, he merely regrets ruining the prophecy- NOT killing his daughter.
Athy is from another world so at first she don't have a lingering hatred against her father.
Yes this is what I was saying. At first athy is afraid and cautious as she doesnt want to die at 16 but she has no real negative feelings towards her father as she did not live that past life herself she only read about it. And so i dont agree when readers think that she is stupid to forgive her father for killing her as this athy has only ever recieved love from him untill the reasont amnesia issues
