I don’t really get all the political and real estate stuff but the art is amazing
His boss will fail at getting re-elected if she can’t get this construction project at least started before her term is over so she sent the MC to get it moving along since he’s been really good at that in the past. He’s having to investigate who the true owner of the building is to peacefully get them to agree to let them demolish the building. He has a lot of eyes in him so he can’t use force. He’s kinda uncovering some corruption because the rest of the town has already gotten their relocation settlement money and signed their land away but hasn’t moved out since they’re banking on the boxer guy to never leave his building. The longer it takes, the worse it gets for the MC because he’s loosing credibility and standing amongst his coworkers, which in turn means his gf lost interest in him.
This last episode was important because the MC’s subordinate is getting cocky and is thinking about replacing him if he gets fired or demoted. So he really needs to know how much the subordinate knows before he can beat him and keep his job. He also needs to know if his subordinate knows he would have slept with the boxer since he knows the subordinate will find a way to use it against him. He’s low key in panic mode and I don’t know where it’ll go next.

Love the og Rhyse and Edith open ending Yuri but cliff’s ending is kinda…I mean having him suffer like that like he is a villain when he’s also a victim of the plot sucks
I agree about the Cliff thing, he was a victim to the author's manipulation and he didn't deserve the ending he got. I would have preferred him to stay in his original world and suffer the consequences there.
