I don't know why it has Shoujo tagged but it is definitely shounen ai and not shoujo
Isn't it though? Shoujo is targeted at teenage girls and a big part of shounen-ai is targeted at them too. It's not exactly about content, but who the manga's readers are. And what more, there are a few straight relationships here that are shown even more than Naru x Sungjoon. It doesn't really matter what the final outcome will be, there still are topics and scenes that would fit in a typical shoujo, so I think it's not much of stretch to say that this comic is shoujo as well.
