Does anyone here read my favorite idol ? It’s so similar like the artstyle is similar, the characters personality, and the nonsensical writing downgrading every new chapters ! I’m actually pissed both stories had huge potential especially this one like the idea was good and the first few chapters were good as well and then it’s just go real real bad. Like we can tell this is a cringe self insert. I’ll probably keep reading because I really like the art bu damn why are there so many new cringe stories like that ? Who keeps producing this ??
I’ve read up to chapter 80 and honestly I don’t want to see her with either male lead for now. If I actually had to root for someone it would be one of her female friends they’re much more likeable than the two guys. Seungyeon is boring and kinda off while seongjun is an asshole who can’t communicate. The story seems to be moving towards just romance now and I don’t know if I’ll keep reading. There have been many hints pointing towards one of them and honestly I don’t like it and despite the hints it doesn’t make sense that she sees him in a romantic way. Anyway I just wanted to rant since I actually invested money in the story and it’s taking a turn that I don’t like

This story is such wasted potential like jooa was bullied because she was « fat » and « ugly »not because she’s a fan of a kpop group why author decided to add that out of the blue ? And it doesn’t even make sense to be bullied that bad irl because of kpop. Did the author forgot about the beginning of the story ? It started so well but I feel like the author personal believes got in the way. You know what if you think kpop idols should dedicate their life to their fans ? Fine, I can’t do anything about it. but trying to include it in the story as if it was the right belief and feed into fans desillusions is urgh. And the writing is now super corny (I guess it’s to introduce the romance) like yoohan will fall in love with her because she was bullied for liking him ? Orkay…
Kyungmo is really just a stupid loser that can’t do anything by himself and taerin was actually way too good for him. Why would he think that he’s useless ass was enough for her ? Taerin is too good for any of them honestly.

Really !!! I think that’s one of the reason the other characters allow themselves to treat her so badly. They think because she’s cheerful and strong they can be assholes towards her and disrespect her. It’s so infuriating to see everyone just mistreating and humiliating her.

I might be wrong but I don’t think pink haired girl was trash talking fl kissing that guy. Like we didn’t actually saw him (and the female lead either) she just assumed it was him.
