I think the mc was mistaken. He did not come back because of his bad karma. From what we are seeing nothing was his fault. I think he is back actually as a second chance for emperor to redeem his past actions and do good by him. Will this be by letting him go and suffer or by both of them fall in love I do not know

In many comments I read complains about the story like "the progression was sudden" or "he fell in love with seme at the last pages of the last chapter" or that "uke used the seme". Read carefully again the story. The uke since they were young was completely honest to seme and they were both suffering from their unrequited love. Seme at least had a physical aspect going on, uke had nothing. After he learns about the baby he hits rock bottom and at last his unrequited love begins to fade. This is not fantasy. If you get 0 from a love that you cherish for years and you only have these long years of just suffering yes it can cramble like that after an event. So at ch 3 I think (or 4) when he say at the seme "make me pregnant" he wants to keep the seme (the seme does not know that and he thinks that the uke still thinks of Keigo). Uke's keigo flame is dying at that point (he himself finds strange that meeting with keigo is not so sad for him anymore). And when Seme is missing he realizes that in his heart now resides the seme. The reason that he says it at last chapter is that if for many years you think of something letting it go feels strange and difficult to express. But he does love Seme. And Seme's effort all these years (cause these years were hard for him also) pay off

I understand your point of view, but still I think that the way the uke did things is wrong.if you want to have sex to forget your crash then choose a sex friend not someone that you already know that he is deeply in love with you.that will only makes things more complicated and hurt both sides. Personally I wouldn't like to be in the seme position because I will always wonder if my partner choose me because he loves me or just gets used to me and doesn't want to be left alone with no one by his side.

You forget that uke did not start a relationship with seme because Keigo was not available and he wanted to have sex with someone. He started when Seme was talking to him how he was yearning to be talked. Seme had it difficult of course cause yes he had physical contact but not full emotional one, but he endured and piece by piece he removed Keigo from uke's heart. Loving someone deeply for years from a distance hurts a lot and it is only suffering. But it will eventually come down like a tower made of cards

You are 100% percent correct that when you do not have feelings for someone and he has you should let him go. But I think that due to what I write above (they did not start as sex friends, seme was treating uke like he was wanting and feeling) they weren't exactly sex friends. Also in other stories I saw comments " how he was so deeply in love for melany years and let go so easily?". I have been there. When you give and give and give and you get back zero only constant pain at some point you do not realize but you are empty, and a single event (or person) will shake you and you will delete everything. And Keigo was a good man. If the unrequited love is a bastard you will delete them completely and remove them from your life

Everything you said is right too. I don't have any doubts about uke feelings ,I'm sure his love the seme so much and there is only him in his heart. it's normal to give up on your crush after knowing that he will get married and becoming a parent too, because only at that moment you will realise that there's no hope no matter what and finally being able to let it go.I know that the seme agreed to have sex with the uke even though his know that the uke is already in love with another person, after all having something is better that having nothing. But still, doing things this way is totally wrong. In the end,if they are happy that's what matter now.

I'm not trying to be rude and this is just an option. I also agree with you but here what I'm saying: I get that the uke was in love with Keigo and was really depressed when he found out Keigo was in love with girls and not boy. I understand him and I feel sorry for him but don't forget that the uke told the seme “to do whatever he wants” and that was sex. The seme did love the uke and the uke was in love with Keigo. The uke uses the seme as a stress reliever, whenever the uke was down or just straight up sad. the first thing they do is sex. Then the next day the uke feel “okay” but still hurts about Keigo. But if the uke really did love the seme at the end. I'm happy for them but that doesn't make it okay for all the shit he done. All the seme effort pay off just because the uke finally realized Keigo will get married and have kids. And be happy. It takes him that long but If I were him I would too. The uke does not care about his surrounding. All he care is Keigo and himself. the seme brought all his favorite thing and telling him that he is cute just to make him “feel better”. The seme endured and piece by piece to removed Keigo from the uke's heart. I totally understand that the uke had nothing and was about to have a break down. but he also didn't realize that the seme who had given him love and affection did so much towards him. And when the uke finally realized he loved the seme was so “surprisedly”. and when the seme “leave” the uke is having all these thoughts like "oh he did love me and I knew that I love him. I don't need Keigo anymore. I have the seme” it takes him that long just for the seme to have the uke just because the seme disappear :/
This is just an option though so I hope you can respond because it took hours ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
But Yamada Nichoume really doesn't grasp the meaning of a truly evil person. Well, if evil in the planet was like what she creates, this planet would be a heaven... That's ok, I like this optimistic approach and these "evil on the surface-warm hearted in their core" characters
Nichoume does it on purpose,
the subverting of popular tropes like good v/s evil, black and white. Her previous work "Datte Maou..." had a similar protagonist- a dude who is supposed to be an evil character but actually turns out to be a tsundere softie whereas the hero character turns out to be a bit of an ass.
Exactly!! That's why her works ate so awesome!!ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
