It is based on the novel but the story is being changed slightly. The only place that I was able to read it fully was on an app called Yonder. You can find the first 30 chapters on a few sites though.
Yes, based on a novel. But, there are stark differences. The introspective nature of the manhwa isn't as present in the novel - or so they say. I haven't read it. I've only seen spoilers of the story. The two are the same but, at the same time, quite different from each other. The manhwa is said to be more serious plus has a better way of showing character development. Also, the female doctor is a manhwa original and does not appear in the novel. If you wanna know her ending...so do the novel readers（/TДT)/

Agreed with this. Sometimes hard working ppl do end up loosimg opportunity if we dont have valud connections. It is unfair when less skilled ppl than you get the job you deserved but sadly thats the reality
