It's so interesting to watch their povs. It's conflicting and makes you feel really anxious as you know they are both on different pages. One is so pure and full of life and love without any malice in his heart, too trusting and have so much love to offer while the other is barely interested, doing the bare minimum and getting maximum rewards in the relationship almost toying with the other party because of his curiosity. The author is absolutely cruel to us readers. We know what is coming and I really don't want it but I won't be able to complain about it either as we were warned from the very first episode (╯°Д °)╯╧╧

Most parents actually have the mindset that they "owns" their children and that their children are their "servents" that they brought in this world to serve them and not an individual human being, they think that they deserve the absolute best from their children even when they did absolutely nothing for them. This is very common occurrence in East Asian and South Asian countries because of their "but we're family even if we fucked up" mindset. And the shamelessness of the father and the helplessness of sohan in setting the boundary was really difficult to watch. I'm glad our little alien is there for him but I want sohan to deal with his father himself. AND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
Dressed like what!??
