I know what you mean he went from "I hate you disgusting pig" to "I will die without you my love" over the course of like... 3 chapters. Also I feel like a lot was not explained or straight up abandoned like what exactly is the jade, who saved his cousin all those years ago, and what was that app he downloaded supposed to do? Idk it was a fun story but had quite a few flaws.
