but basically the omega is still doubtful about the alphas true intentions, he's like "was this men always this kind" "when did his attitude towards me change" type of thing. Later on the omega ask him how did he spend his rut cycle, he assumed that he just spend the night with another omega like he always does but the alpha explained that he bought a new island and spend his two rut cycles there alone thinking about the omega only.
Then the omega is also thinking "why is he making that type of face? As if he was suffering " and the alphas respond was "Because you don't love me anymore" that leads to the last panels where the omega ask the alpha why was he so worry about that since he used to fuck and tossed everyone like he always does. The alpha was having a mental breakdown with that answer because he said that "he couldn't be with anyone else since he (the omega) had already mark him" (probably a mistranslation since the alpha is the one who mark the omega but thats what the alpha bubble text says). Also the alpha make that angry/sad face because the omega told him "I am the only omega for you, but you're not the only alpha for me" (meaning that the alpha can only have sex with the omega since he's already marked) then at the end they were leaving in the car to the Mansion (i supposed ) but something happen because the driver was taking a whole different direction and them telling the drive to stop the car, which lead to the driver saying on the last panels " it's not possible, even if you get put of the car, do you think you would be able to do something?. There's nothing you can do at this point"
