There are people who are offended and they're are people who say the TL is just joking and doesn't mean any harm. Honestly, the TL shouldn't even use gay in the first place, especially in the context he was using. Would u guys use gay as an insult or as a joke and not expect anyone to feel offended by this? Srsly, being gay is an expression or a feeling, not a joke.
Honestly yeah, i think that it is understandable if youre in the lgbt+ community (i sometimes say, wait thats g a y, and im gay lolol), but if you are hetero, its really weird using it as an offensive word, even as a joke. (sorry for my english)(⌒▽⌒)
