That Hara-San was smart enough to figure out what was happening on his own instead of Kaoru simply hiding it behind his back and acting like everything was going to be fine and dandy. That being said, I completely understand why Hara left and I hope those two can work it out. Kaoru needs to believe in Hara’s love :( And voice his insecurities :( but I know that’s not easy.
