i mean i haven't seen the raw so PLEASE DO CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG but what if jaekyung's father wasn't really pressuring him... instead jaekyung is just the one pressuring himself to get 1st place. maybe he's just making up scenarios in his head that his dad was hitting him or something
I get that kinda feeling a lil bit as well but mostly because jaekyung has psychological problems and stuff even when his dad isn't around and the way the manga shows these things is like he has a great problem with himself. I would normally never think like that if it would be a real life situation oc, but looks like that in the manga. Tho I still think that the main prob is the dad
