Whether they are dangerous, none of that was ever mentioned. Seems like just abused children and if killing is necessary, maybe do it in less painful manner than burning someone alive. Was burning Lirica alive merciful? I don’t think anyone found her death easy or painless
The mother abused them when they were in prison they all look crazy,probably only having anger and resentment from what i seen they've been there from birth, they may not act like human if they got out emperor or a knight would kill them mercilessly
None of that was established tho They didn’t say if they were crazy or dangerous. Resentment could've helped in taking mother down and getting decapitated by a knight would be far less painful and much better death than burning alive
