So is was with the sixth chapter being “the end” and then it starting up again? Is it a short story that is now being serializad into a full one, or is the current stuff an “epilogue” of sorts to the first six chapters or…?

Rather than change their mind a lot of short stories are made to have a certain limit they can release. Then they’d have to wait and see if it gets popular, which tis it does, they’re green lighted by the higher ups of their company to make a continuation
did the artist forget in the middle of the scene that he guy had lost his prosthetic arm? We see it drop and then next thing we know the guy is crawling on the ground using both arms, and then he is suddenly without an arm again lol
I thought his power was growing new arms.
I guess it was just making bloopers in comic panels.
