Yes he followed but he let him go however, I'm not defending Wooyeon here but as much as he's crazy, the same thing could be said to Inseop as well coz he decided to go back to Korea since he love Wooyeon so much.
That's why i find this story interesting. One is insane while the other is blind. Both are crazy for each other. You may like their story, but it's hard to defend those two hahaha still my favorite novel
