I don't understand why you are now surprised by the author's note. Almost 99% of yaoi manga contain r...e and horrible things and you are bothered by a note? If you are one of the few who really do not read content like that just drop it and look for another YAOI that does'nt contain r... And it does not mean that I approve this, from the beginning it should be prohibited to write about it but it is not something new so that now everyone is surprised by a note, when no author who writes about that subject can be a normal person.
