I get the frustration with the company. I agree they deserve more promo esp. All 4 are really talented, world class artists. I don't think they're underrated AT ALL in Korea. They're Everywhere and people of all ages know them. But their company does lack in the global promotions department.

My 3 takes on this manga
1/ i was doubtful about akamine Sexual assualting utsumi .
even though akamine was drunk as far from what we been shown he doesnt seem to be like the bad guy who'd do shit on impulse. He's passionate about his work and takes care and although doesnt show outwardly but he sympathize with other people. I personally don't think someone like him is capable of forcing themselves on someone even if theyre influenced by alcohol unless they had motive before but he doesnt even recognize utsumi in their second meeting so it just doesnt amke sense.
2/ utsumi seen smirking at the end and he's an undercover spy from some other company whos selling (akamine) his company out (?) Which he succed in bc in the second last chapter its confirmed that the two companies merging anyway so why? Personal vendetta? Perhaps. Yet, something about him rarely being hostile about the assult, and when he does its almost like he's convincing akamine (and the readers) about his supposedly attack seems sus to me.
3/ but here's my take on why akamine might not remember he raped utsumi, if youve read the other story by the author showed the uke to have some psychological issues so theres possibility they love to incorporate this genre and perhaps either akamine have some sort amnesia or personality disorder. His friend had to leave the company for unknown reasons but they didnt mentioned why? now akamine sexually assaulting his friend and then forgeting about it isnt farfetched too . Or maybe its utsumi who have the disorder not to sound insensitive, but in the flasbacks utsumi didn't seem to be unwilling when he was 'raped', maybe it was consensual and bc of psychological reason he doesnt remember and have the wrong idea.
But then the part were akamine's pushing utsumi(to the point he fell on his face) and the unknown reason for his friend's disappearance points that akamines is the real culprit. Unless if the flashbacke is all made up by utsumi bc of his disorder.
From spoilers, he did in fact rape the guy. If i remember correctly, there's a scene in chapter 1 or 2 showing Akamine briefly recalling raping Utsumi.
altho i like how much more detailed yet short the remaster is but still the older kwon eungi was way more attractive and was much more expressive (like his expression and internal monologue)
