The base of the story is pretty good, although I do get mad every time I think that the biological daughter gets killed off for no reason(“fate”), And then after the deadbeat father loses his daughter he decides to take someone in immediately. Not only that but treats them better, how he should’ve treated his original daughter. I know that that is the plot for some of these,mid-evil time stories but damn it wouldn’t kill any of these cold hearted parents to just “DO THEIR JOB”/“TAKE RESPONSIBILITY”
These kinds of reveals only turn out one of two ways the person who it gets shown to is scared, shocked and disgusted, or surprise/delighted. I honestly hope for the last one.
