Yeah Hwi is really an asshole who takes advantage of Param at first, the blackmail scene is shit. No excuses. But I think he realized his mistakes and treats Param so nicely and even treats him after the sex.
While in Mr Han's case, it's much worse because he actually took advantage of him when he's unconscious. He's also emotionally manipulating him to admit he's gay. He doesn't respect his feeling, he just wants Param to admit his feelings for him so they could have sex.
